VeraDirect brings healthcare to your smartphone, computer or tablet. Save time and a trip to your Vera Whole Health care center by talking with a provider immediately when you’re feeling sick or scheduling an appointment for a time that’s convenient for you. Video appointments with providers are available 24/7. Wait times are 15 minutes or less on average.
How VeraDirect Works
Imagine turning on your smartphone, tablet, or computer and connecting with an acute care provider in a few minutes. With VeraDirect, that is now possible.
Anyone with access to a Vera Whole Health care center can take advantage of VeraDirect at no extra charge (exceptions are made for patients with an HSA).
After completing the in-app registration, you’ll be ready to get answers to your health needs immediately. Simply turn on the app to meet with a provider or schedule an appointment.
Available Services
VeraDirect gives you access to the following services:
• Acute Care: If you need help with a medical issue, you can schedule an acute care appointment with a VeraDirect provider, and you’ll be talking within minutes. The provider can even prescribe medications during your appointment and send it to your pharmacy for pick-up.
• Additional care options coming soon including behavioral healthcare
All preventative care services like Provider Wellness Exams, biometric screenings, and health risk evaluations are available in-clinic only, and not via VeraDirect.
If you use Apple Health, you can share your health information during your visit. VeraDirect is powered by American Well, a leader in telehealth and telemedicine services.
